My support for events / conferences is split into three parts:

• I host the Engelsystem, an online tool for helper and shift management at large events

  With the Angel system, the coordination of helpers can be clearly tracked and managed. You can see what is needed and when at any time and react quickly.

• I support you in the planning and implementation of volunteer coordination at huge events

  Many types of help and assistants are needed at events. This can quickly become confusing. I support you in planning the coordination of helpers, starting with which types of helpers are needed at which locations and ending with fine-tuning to ensure that all assistance is covered at all times.

  I use a Matrix Chat chat for communication between helpers and event organizers. With this decentralized communication platform, all challenges can be communicated during an event without the participants noticing anything.

• II take care of the cloud-based distribution of the presentations to the presentation computers in the lecture rooms

  Dozens of USB sticks inserted into presentation computers, including personal data and perhaps even viruses, to copy presentations - that was yesterday. I make sure that the presentations are uploaded in advance and distributed cloud-based to the computers in the lecture rooms, sorted by date, lecture room and session.
